Northern Ireland

We say
It's not a huge place, but Northern Ireland is packed with fascinating and beautiful places to visit, from buzzing Belfast and its Titanic Centre to the awe-inspiring Giant's Causeway. You'll find friendly pubs, historic castles, lush golf courses and sandy beaches. Well served by flights and ferries from the UK mainland, it's perfectly sized for a week-long road trip.

We specialise in creating unique holiday itineraries in our favourite parts of the UK which are crafted to ensure you really get under the skin of a place.

  • Self-drive tours
  • Unspoilt countryside
  • Hotels with character

Northern Ireland is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing tourist destinations in the UK with myriad attractions such as the Giant’s Causeway, Mourne Mountains, Belfast and its Titanic Centre, clifftop castles and sandy beaches. Parts of the country even served as the setting for Westeros in the smash-hit series, Game of Thrones.  You can join a whiskey tour at the Bushmills Distillery or play a round at some superb golf courses.

Our choice of holidays includes self-drive options, rail tours and no-drive multi-centre trips. We can tailor-make any of our suggested itineraries to suit your interests and available time.

Giants, Saints and The Titanic is a week-long self-drive tour which takes in Belfast, County Antrim and County Down. We include tickets to the Titanic Visitor Experience, entry to the St Patrick’s Day Centre in Downpatrick and a day trip to Rathlin Island, an incredible haven for wildlife, 6 miles offshore, with just 70 residents and an RSPB sea-bird centre.

Our North of Ireland Explorer self-drive week is centred around the Causeway Coast and the Inishowen Peninsular with a day on Rathlin Island in between. You’ll enjoy the most jaw-dropping scenery, enthralling history and pass through Dark Hedges, featured as the King’s Road in Game of Thrones.

If you prefer not to drive, we arrange all your (private) transfers on our Car-Free Belfast and Causeway Coast trip.

Let the train take the strain on our Grand Tour of Ireland which crosses the border to give you the best of both worlds.

On all our holidays, we include accommodation in authentic, atmospheric and characterful hotels where a warm Irish welcome awaits and superb dining in the hotel and, if not, close by. We can also arrange your flights or ferry crossings from the mainland.
