Cotswolds cottages

Amanda's verdict
For a family weekend break, or longer, you can’t beat the Cotswolds. As well as the huge range of activities within the Cotswold Water Park, there are honey-hued cottages, chocolate-box villages, surprisingly excellent restaurants and endless countryside walks and bike rides right on your doorstep. It’s a picturesque part of the world that my family and I are always excited about revisiting.

Grebe Cottage has all the charm of a characterful cottage, including a log burner, with 3 bedrooms and an amazing location in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park.  You couldn’t be better placed for an active holiday with boating, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, fishing, cycling, walking, golf and horse riding on the doorstep.

Also with lake views in the Cotswold Water Park, Lake Haven has more of a contemporary New England lodge feel whilst Windrush Lakeside Retreat has free access to outdoor tennis courts, football and golf nets along with table tennis. The House by the Lake takes waterfront living to the next level – it’s perched over the water and oozes luxurious style

If you prefer to be based close to a village, Little Compton is a great choice with the village amenities, including a family-friendly pub, on your doorstep. With four bedrooms, it’s ideal for two families or a multi-generational holiday.

Close to Chipping Camden, Cherry Hill House is a stylish 4-bedroom town house with a lovely garden which includes a sunken hot tub.

Many of our cottages are dog-friendly and, for something really special, we have curated a selection of luxury houses – check out the Georgian manor house, Cotswold Grange, for example with its private swimming pool, 8 acres of gardens, a home cinema and 7 bedrooms.
