All-inclusive Greece

Amanda's verdict
It’s easy to rush to an island when thinking about Greece but the Halkidiki peninsula offers everything an island can and more. The IKOS Olivia is a welcome addition to the (very short) list of top-notch Med all-inclusives with exceptional accommodation, spa and childcare. IKOS Oceania has a larger resort atmosphere, along with newer additions IKOS Dassia in Corfu, IKOS Aria in Kos and IKOS Andalusia, close to Marbella.

Sardatur Holidays says

It’s rare if not impossible to find a family-friendly all-inclusive hotel in the Med which delivers a luxurious experience for all ages. The innovative IKOS group of hotels does exactly that – brilliantly.

  • contemporary resorts
  • exceptional child care
  • luxury all-inclusive

At all their resorts, the accommodation is first class with lots of options for families from junior suites to villas with a private pool. Superb dining options, fine wines, room service, activities, kids clubs and entertainment are all included in the price – there’s even an option to eat out in local tavernas as part of the IKOS Infinite Lifestyle™ all-inclusive plan.

At each of their resorts, the standard of childcare is exceptional. The crèche (extra cost) takes children from four months to four years. There are complimentary clubs for older children and, in the summer months, for teenagers too.

IKOS Olivia quickly became a best-seller. Located on the gorgeous Halkidiki peninsula of mainland Greece, this contemporary resort has been designed with families in mind.

We love the low-rise design, with all the buildings discreetly set in beautiful gardens and olive groves – and fringed by a beautiful sandy beach.

The accommodation options include rooms, suites and bungalows – some with a private pool. Our favourites are the one- and two-bedroom Deluxe Collection Bungalows which have an exclusive beach and pool area and a dedicated manager from check-in to check-out.

Evening entertainment includes beach parties and live music whilst, during the day, there’s a Football Academy (ages six and over), tennis club, mountain biking, a swimming school, bikes for hire and water sports (motorised water sports cost extra). You can even join in a Greek dancing lesson or cookery masterclass if you fancy it.

The Anne Semonin Spa is a haven for some pampering with a range of treatments (extra cost).

Close by is the all-inclusive IKOS Oceania with more of a large hotel feel. Choose from a wide range of family-friendly accommodation.

IKOS Dassia on Corfu was also designed with families in mind. Located just ten minutes from Corfu Town, we love the stylish bungalows as well as sleek and spacious hotel rooms and suites.

2019 saw the opening of IKOS Aria on the Greek island of Kos and it’s another winner amongst families looking for a luxury hotel with all-inclusive prices.

IKOS Andalusía is the group’s first opening outside of the Greek Islands and it is rapidly becoming established as one of the most sought-after hotels in the Med, with a prime position on the glamorous Costa del Sol.
