Today’s hotel tip comes from one of Britain’s most prolific travel writers. Mike Gerrard‘s work has appeared in most UK national newspapers, along with numerous travel magazines, and newspapers in the USA including the Washington Post. He has also written or contributed to more than 40 guide books.
Mike is the latest of more than 50 travel writers who have contributed personal hotel recommendations to 101 Holidays. Each place to stay charges no more than £150 ($250) a night for a double room.
